So fun!

Sorry - couldn't resist that!

26th - Boxing Day - Bubble and Squeak for breakfast.  Cold Ham and Turkey and Pork pie for lunch.  Some fetching of hay down from the Hay-loft for the deer; and then an easy, lazy evening with Peter falling asleep in a chair (again!).

27th - Saturday - A trip to Labelle to see the deer feeding at the Gare.  They weren't, mostly because the feeding station has been taken over by the quad bikes (there is no snow, so no snow-mobiles!).

So we had lunch at the Restaurant there; Lila ate copious amounts of "Chicken" a.k.a. duck confit!  Then Lila and Guy got into a snow-ball fight :-)

Off to Riviere Rouge to IGA where Lila joined the "junior shopper in training" programme.

We stopped to see the horses at Sylvain's, then home to light the fire, settle a bill (we've finally picked up the post), make a pie or two and demolish the last of the brandy ice-cream...

27th - Sunday - And this morning, awakened by a truncated Skype from the parents - missed it and no reply when I returned the call.  But they're well my spies tell me!
