 July 18^th, 19^th, 20^th

To be honest, very tired!  And the weather was patchy at best.

Chores to get the little cabin ready for visitors on our last weekend, not really anything memorable.

 

And the fawns are out and about!

 

 

 

But my!  It has rained.  No real idea where I took this but it was obviously enough to warrant remark!

Sunday, 21^st.

A lovely last day at Grace (the cake sale the day before had been a revelation!  Ali's Gluten Free went in less than 5 minutes :-) )  Lunch with Peter and Greg.  We shall miss them.

David and Rebecca (American Academics from last year) arrived with Joshua, their dog.  They are going to be using the house whist we are away.  Great; safe-keepers.

 

 The last two days hurried past.  I shot again (20 yards – but subsequent ends were not as good.  I really shall have to practice consistently in the Fall).

The wildflower areas are greening up; it will be interesting to see how they look in September.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And then Wednesday 24th, farewells and down to Toronto and away.  And home in time for Cream tea in Church on Thursday afternoon!
